“A Capital City"

Reads a few of the older license plates in D.C.  A few years ago the District government decided to protest Washington not having any constitutional representation.  So now all new license plates have a default bold text saying WASHINGTON D.C. : TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.  I don’t know why but all caps text just really annoys me.  The University at Albany used to send out invoice letters and notifications with all caps text.  I don’t think some people understand that this is considered yelling.  Maybe they didn’t take a basic keyboarding class at Springville Griffith Institute High School with Mrs. Pawlic.  Yes I went to an Institute.

Things have been going well this past week moving my brother Ian back from his condo in Silver Spring, Maryland to his house a block away on Primrose in D.C.  He has so much stuff that it took 5 days to move everything! Good thing Bereza was here to help.  Nasser just got down from Albany last night and is visiting for the weekend.  Swansonite arrives later tonight which I am excited about because we leave early this week to visit Sawade in Virginia Beach.   It will be a great vacation before I head back to Buffalo and officially move into Steps.
